Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: November 26, 2025

At Five Dogs Holdings LLC d/b/a Five Dogs Outfitters (“Five Dogs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to transparency. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where we ship, how long orders take, how partner-fulfilled products work, what to expect during delivery, and how optional Norton Shopping Guarantee benefits may apply to eligible orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
  • If our shipping areas expand, we will update this policy.

2. Shipping Costs

For standard domestic delivery within the Lower 48:

  • $5.00 flat rate for orders from $0.00 – $49.99 (before tax).
  • Free standard shipping for orders $50.00+ (before tax).

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts but before taxes.

If additional shipping options (such as expedited or guaranteed services) become available, they will appear at checkout.


3. Processing & Fulfillment Times

We work to ship orders quickly while ensuring accurate, secure packing.

  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Made-to-order Printful items: Require additional production time before shipping.
  • Items fulfilled from China (CJ Dropshipping): Require extra processing time due to international fulfillment.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before carrier pickup. It does not include transit time.

Product pages display fulfillment type so you know what to expect before purchasing.


4. Delivery Time Estimates

Transit times begin after your package has shipped:

  • Standard shipping (Lower 48): ~3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Printful / made-to-order products: Longer total lead time due to production + shipping.
  • CJ Dropshipping (China-based warehouses): ~10–20 business days, depending on customs, routing, and carrier operations.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak-season volume
  • Customs (for China-fulfilled items)
  • Events outside our control

Products that ship from China include a notice on the product page:

“This product ships from our partner CJ Dropshipping using China-based warehouses. International fulfillment may require additional lead time.”


5. Partner-Fulfilled & Drop-Ship Orders

Some products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners, including:

  • Printful (made-to-order apparel and accessories)
  • CJ Dropshipping (U.S. or China-based warehouses)
  • The Wholesale House (TWH) (U.S.-based warehouses)
  • Old Chicago Coffee Company (coffee roasting and packaging)

If a product is fulfilled by a partner, the product page will note the fulfillment origin using wording such as:

  • “Printed and shipped by Printful (made to order)”
  • “Ships from CJ Dropshipping (China-based warehouse)”
  • “Ships from CJ Dropshipping (USA-based warehouse)”
  • “Shipped by The Wholesale House”
  • “Roasted and shipped by Old Chicago Coffee Company”

Because partner-fulfilled items may ship separately:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages
  • Deliveries may occur on different days
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment

This general notice applies to all such items:

“Items may ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages.”


6. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number(s)
  • Tracking link

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the first carrier scan.


7. “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find the package:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, garage, and porch.
  2. Check with neighbors and household members.
  3. Contact the carrier for detailed delivery information.
  4. Email us at sales@gofivedogs.com if the package still cannot be located.

We may open an inquiry with the carrier. Outcomes such as replacement, partial refund, or denial depend on:

  • Carrier investigation results
  • Item type
  • The circumstances of the delivery

If you purchased optional Norton Shipping Guarantee, you may have additional claim options through Norton (see Section 11).


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
  • If the order is returned to us or a partner, we will contact you with next steps.

9. Shipping Charges & Refunds

Shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless:

  • The error was ours
  • Required by applicable law

For returns, see our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Most approved returns include a prepaid return label we provide.
  • If you ship a return using your own carrier, those costs are not reimbursable.
  • If we or a partner ship an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will provide replacement or reimbursement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order includes Norton Shopping Guarantee, Norton may offer additional benefits separate from our own process.


10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as carriers, fulfillment methods, or service areas change. The version posted on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Norton Shopping Guarantee & Optional Norton Shipping Guarantee

For additional peace of mind, our website may display the Norton Shopping Guarantee badge. This program is operated by BuySafe, Inc., in partnership with NortonLifeLock.

Norton Shopping Guarantee can include benefits such as:

  • $10,000 Identity Theft Protection
  • $1,000 Purchase Guarantee
  • $100 Lowest Price Guarantee

These standard benefits may be provided at no cost for eligible purchases and are described in detail by Norton.

Optional Norton Shipping Guarantee (Customer-Paid Add-On)

At checkout, you may be offered the chance to add Norton Shipping Guarantee for an additional fee.

  • This protection is entirely optional.
  • You do not need to purchase it to complete your order, receive products, or get support from us.
  • If added, the fee appears clearly at checkout and is paid by you.
  • The Norton Shipping Guarantee provides additional coverage for certain shipping-related issues, such as loss, theft, or damage in transit—subject to Norton’s terms.

All Norton Shopping Guarantee benefits, including the optional Shipping Guarantee, are:

  • Provided and administered solely by BuySafe / Norton, not by Five Dogs
  • Subject to Norton’s program terms & conditions
  • Filed directly through Norton’s Service Center, not through Five Dogs

  • Norton Shopping Guarantee does not replace your rights under our Shipping & Delivery Policy or Return & Refund Policy.
  • Whether you choose Norton coverage or not, we will still assist with any shipping issues in accordance with our policies.
  • Any reimbursement or coverage provided by Norton is independent of Five Dogs and handled through Norton directly.
