Five Dogs Holdings LLC d/b/a Five Dogs Outfitters (“Five Dogs Outfitters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our websites, make a purchase, or interact with us (the “Services”).

1) Scope: U.S.-Only

We operate in and provide the Services only within the United States. The Services are intended for U.S. residents and U.S. shipping addresses. We do not intentionally offer goods or services to individuals outside the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

4A) Fulfillment partners (shipping & order processing)

Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted fulfillment partners, which may include, for example:

  • CJ Dropshipping (USA and China warehouses)
  • Printful
  • The Wholesale House (TWH)
  • Old Chicago Coffee Company
  • Other authorized suppliers identified on product pages or in your order details

To fulfill your order, we may share only the information reasonably necessary to prepare, package, and ship your items—such as your name, shipping address, and the products ordered.

These partners are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes or to sell or redistribute your data. We do not share your full payment card information with fulfillment partners.

Other sharing circumstances

We may also share information:

  • With business partners if you participate in co-branded promotions, referral programs, or affiliate offers.
  • With law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others.
  • In connection with a corporate transaction (such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business), where your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws. See Section 10 for information about your rights and opt-out choices.


5) Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • Enable essential functions such as remembering your cart, processing checkout, and maintaining security.
  • Understand how the Services are used and improve performance and user experience.
  • Measure and, where applicable, attribute the performance of advertising and marketing campaigns.

  • Account information: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping, security, and dispute resolution.
  • Marketing information: retained until you unsubscribe or until our internal retention limits are reached.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it where feasible.


7) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18 (or a higher age where required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.


9) Your Choices

  • Account and profile information: You may update certain account details (if an account feature is offered) or contact us for assistance.
  • Marketing emails and texts: You can opt out by using the unsubscribe link in emails or replying STOP to SMS messages. We may still send transactional or service-related communications (such as order and shipping updates).
  • Cookies and tracking: You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies and may use any cookie or privacy controls we provide on the Services.
  • Do Not Track: The Services currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals.

10) Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, which may include:

  • The right to know or request access to the personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you.
  • The right to request deletion of certain personal information.
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Notice at Collection (Summary of categories we collect)

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, IP address).
  • Customer records (billing and shipping addresses, order history).
  • Commercial information (products viewed or purchased).

If we offer regulated or age-restricted products (for example, certain tools or outdoor gear), we may request additional information to confirm your eligibility and comply with applicable laws, such as identity or age verification. We do not retain more information than necessary for compliance, security, and recordkeeping.


12) Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing information to them.


13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on the Services and/or communicated to you as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
