Return & Refund Policy (Summary)

  • Most new, unused, non-consumable items in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Coffee and other consumable items cannot be returned once opened, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 7 days, with photos when possible.
  • Items marked “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” custom, made-to-order, or personalized may only be eligible for replacement or return in cases of verified defect, damage, or our error.
  • Five Dogs provides a prepaid return label for approved returns.
  • In rare circumstances where a returned item is heavily damaged, used, or not in sellable condition, we may deduct up to 25% of the item price as described in our full Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses in the contiguous United States (Lower 48) only.
  • Orders may ship from our Ohio location, U.S. partner warehouses, or trusted fulfillment partners using U.S. or China-based warehouses.
  • Items fulfilled from China-based warehouses are clearly marked on the product page, and an acknowledgment will appear at checkout. These products include extended lead times and longer transit windows.
  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items (Printful) and some partner-fulfilled items may take up to 10 business days to leave the warehouse.
  • China-fulfilled items typically deliver in 10–20 business days.
  • Free standard shipping may be available for qualifying orders of $100+, per our full Shipping & Delivery Policy.
