The Gildan 5000 Classic Tee gives a structured look that elevates the basic t-shirt. Its sturdy cotton fabric keeps edges crisp, holds shape through repeated washes, and layers perfectly for streetwear looks. Add your design for a long-lasting tee that feels timeless and chic. Made from 100% cotton, with Sport Grey being 90% cotton and 10% polyester, and Ash Grey consisting of 99% cotton and 1% polyester. Heather colors feature a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Fabric weight ranges from 5.0–5.3 oz/yd² (170–180 g/m²). The tee is pre-shrunk with a jersey knit, open-end yarn, tubular construction, and has a taped neck and shoulders. The double seam at sleeves and bottom hem ensures durability, and it comes with a tear-away tag. Blank product sourced from various countries including Honduras, Nicaragua, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Bangladesh, and Mexico. Disclaimers: Due to fabric properties, the White color variant may appear off-white rather than bright white. Dark color speckles throughout the fabric are expected for the color Natural. Important: The supplier of this product is switching to a new single collar topstitch, so you might receive a mixed stock of both single and double topstitch shirts for some time. Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within our standard 30-day return window, with a few reasonable exceptions described below.

How long do I have to start a return?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items, including apparel, accessories, lifestyle products, home & pet gear, optics, and unopened consumable items.

Can I return coffee or other consumable products?
Unopened consumables: Returnable within 30 days in original packaging.
Opened consumables: Not returnable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What does “No Open Return” mean?
Items marked “No Open Return” can only be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

What does “Final Sale” mean?
Items marked “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or “All Sales Final” cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged/defective.

What condition must items be in?
Items must be new or like-new, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. If an item is returned with undisclosed damage, excessive wear, odors, stains, missing components, or otherwise not resellable, we may deduct up to 25% of the item price to cover loss of value or required cleaning/repackaging. This is not a restocking fee—it only applies when the item is not in sellable condition.

Who pays for return shipping?
We pay for return shipping on all approved returns when you use the prepaid label we provide. If you choose your own shipping method instead, you are responsible for those costs, and they are not reimbursed.

How do I start a return?
Contact us within 30 days at sales@gofivedogs.com or use the Contact Us form. Provide your order number, the item(s), and a brief reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label.

How long do refunds take?
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

What if my item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days and include photos of the item and packaging. We will cover all costs for replacing incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged products.

Are exchanges offered?
