Welcome to Five Dogs Holdings LLC, doing business as Five Dogs Outfitters (“Five Dogs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website(s) and related services (the “Site” or “Services”), and your purchase of products from us.
Five Dogs Outfitters is a U.S.-based retailer of coffee, lifestyle products, pet and outdoor gear, and other general consumer goods.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems.
- Use bots, scrapers, or similar tools for unauthorized data collection or to overload the Site.
We may suspend or terminate access for any conduct that violates these Terms or harms our business, customers, or partners.
2. Eligibility
By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Products & Availability
We offer coffee, lifestyle products, pet and outdoor gear, and other general consumer goods. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith; however:
- Colors, designs, and packaging may vary from images shown.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service where necessary (for example, suspected fraud or abuse).
- If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may cancel that item and issue a refund.
Product-specific notices (such as “Final Sale,” “No Open Return,” fulfillment partner details, or special lead-time information) will be displayed on the product page where applicable and are incorporated into these Terms.
4. Pricing, Payments & Billing
All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
By submitting an order, you:
- Authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full order total (including taxes, fees, and shipping, where applicable).
- Agree that we may cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, or incorrect due to obvious error (including pricing or listing errors).
If a pricing or listing error is discovered:
- We may cancel the order or contact you with the corrected information.
- You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a refund.
- We may choose to honor the price as a one-time courtesy.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted and confirmed.
5. Orders, Fulfillment & Third-Party Partners
Your order is considered an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation and/or ship your items.
Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our authorized third-party partners (“fulfillment partners”), which may include, for example:
- CJ Dropshipping (USA and China warehouses)
- Printful
- The Wholesale House (TWH)
- Old Chicago Coffee Company
- Other authorized suppliers as described on product pages or in your order details
Because of this:
- Items in a single order may ship separately and in multiple packages.
- Packages may originate from different warehouses or locations.
- Processing times may vary by partner and product type (for example, made-to-order or print-on-demand items, or items shipped from overseas).
Product pages and checkout disclosures will identify when third-party fulfillment applies and may include additional notes regarding processing times or extended delivery windows (for example, international shipments from China or made-to-order Printful products).
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide as indicated by the carrier’s delivery confirmation. Title passes to you when payment is received in full.
Your information may be shared with our partners in accordance with our privacy policy.
6. Shipping
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (Lower 48), or as otherwise described in our posted Shipping & Delivery Policy.
By placing an order, you agree:
- To provide accurate, complete shipping information.
- That we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
- That if tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we may assist with a carrier inquiry; any resolution (replacement, credit, or denial) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Some items fulfilled by our partners (such as those shipped from China or made-to-order/print-on-demand products) may require additional lead time. Where possible, we will note these extended timeframes on product pages and/or at checkout.
Our detailed Shipping & Delivery Policy, as posted on the Site, is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our full Return & Refund Policy (posted separately on the Site) is incorporated into these Terms. If there is any conflict between this summary and the posted Return & Refund Policy, the posted policy controls.
Return window
- Most products—including apparel, lifestyle items, pet and outdoor gear, optics, and other non-consumable goods—may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Consumable products (such as coffee and other ingestible or perishable items, and certain cleaning or care products):
- Unopened consumables may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original, unopened packaging.
- Opened consumables are not returnable once opened, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a full refund (subject to our Return & Refund Policy):
- Items should be new or like-new, in sellable condition, and include original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories where applicable.
If an item is returned with undisclosed damage or is not in sellable condition (for example: heavy wear, strong odors, significant stains, missing major components, or damage beyond normal inspection):
- We may deduct up to 25% of the item price from your refund to cover loss of value, cleaning, repackaging, or refurbishment.
- This is not a standard restocking fee and is applied only when the condition of the returned item materially reduces its resale value.
- No such deduction will be applied where we are at fault (such as shipping the wrong item or where there is a verified defect or shipping damage).
Return shipping costs
- For approved returns initiated under our Return & Refund Policy, we typically provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we cover the cost of return shipping when you use that label.
- If you choose to return an item using your own shipping method instead of our prepaid label, you are responsible for those shipping costs, and they will not be reimbursed.
Final sale & limited-return items
- Items clearly marked “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or “All Sales Final” on the product page are not eligible for return, except in cases of verified defect, damage, or our error.
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items (for example, certain print-on-demand apparel or accessories) may only be eligible for return or replacement in cases of verified defect, damage, or our error, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.
- We are committed to your satisfaction, please contact us with your specific concerns and we will work towards an amicable resolution.
Third-party fulfillment returns
- Products fulfilled by our third-party partners (such as CJ Dropshipping, Printful, TWH, or Old Chicago Coffee Company) remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy unless marked “Final Sale” or otherwise noted on the product page.
- All returns must be initiated through Five Dogs Outfitters. Do not ship returns directly back to our fulfillment partners unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Issues such as wrong item, damaged goods, or defects should be reported as soon as reasonably possible (typically within 7 days of delivery), with photos where possible.
- When we are at fault (for example: incorrect item, verified defect, or damage in transit), we will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund and will cover applicable shipping costs.

8. Promotions, Discount Codes & Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotions, coupons, or discount codes.
By using any promotion, you agree that:
- Each promotion or code may have specific terms (including valid dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, or usage limits).
- Codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.
- We may modify or cancel promotions at any time where necessary (for example, in cases of misuse or error).
9. Accounts & Information Accuracy
You may be able to create an account on the Site. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential; and
- All activity that occurs under your account.
You agree that all information you provide (including shipping, billing, and contact details) is accurate, complete, and up to date. You will promptly update any changes.
We reserve the right to update or correct information at any time, including after an order is submitted, where permitted by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, branding, text, graphics, product images, and layouts—is owned by or licensed to Five Dogs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Services & Links
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services (such as payment processors, analytics providers, or fulfillment partners).
We are not responsible for:
- The content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services; or
- Any damages or issues arising from your use of those sites or services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or
- Any product will meet your specific expectations beyond what is described on the Site and product pages.
Any warranties that may arise under law are limited to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Five Dogs, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Your use of (or inability to use) the Site;
- Your purchase or use of any product; or
- Any delay, error, omission, or interruption in the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, portions of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Five Dogs and its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Site or products;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
